Yayasan Awakening Vajra Nusantara is seeking a highly skilled AI Content Engineer / Automation Specialist to join our digital team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our content evolution, leveraging cutting-edge Generative AI tools to streamline production, enhance creative outputs, and scale our digital footprint.
You will not just be managing content; you will be building the systems that allow us to produce high-quality, impactful text and visual assets at scale. The ideal candidate possesses a technical mindset to automate workflows combined with an artistic eye for high-quality content standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain automated pipelines for content generation using Large Language Models (LLMs) and image synthesis tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand content requirements and translate them into AI-driven production workflows.
- Fine-tune AI prompts and parameters to ensure consistency in brand voice and visual aesthetics.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of AI-generated content to iterate on production strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI (GPT-4, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.) and integrate relevant tools into our workflow.
- Troubleshoot technical bottlenecks in the content creation pipeline.
- Train team members on best practices for effective Human-AI collaboration.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Automation Specialist, or Content Technologist.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI platforms (Text-to-Text and Text-to-Image models).
- Proficiency in prompt engineering and workflow automation tools (e.g., Make.com, Zapier, Python scripts).
- Creative portfolio demonstrating the ability to blend AI tools with high-quality visual or written outputs.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize processes for efficiency and scale.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field (or equivalent practical experience).
