Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and deploy AI-driven automation solutions to optimize internal business processes.
- Develop and manage end-to-end data pipelines for real-time business analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate AI tools for enhanced lead generation and customer segmentation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot existing digital systems to ensure high performance, security, and scalability.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and propose strategic implementations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage the maintenance of cloud infrastructure and integrated database systems.
- Provide technical documentation and training for internal teams on new system functionalities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in system integration, digital automation, or AI implementation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript for automation and data manipulation.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and SQL database management.
- Experience with cloud service providers (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) is highly preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business strategies.
- Strong communication skills with a proven track record of cross-functional team collaboration.
