Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models and AI algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing product architectures.
- Optimize and scale AI models for high-performance production environments.
- Conduct deep data analysis to identify patterns, insights, and opportunities for automation.
- Stay current with the latest breakthroughs in AI research and implement best practices.
- Maintain high code quality standards through rigorous documentation and testing protocols.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers within the engineering team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in developing AI/ML solutions.
- Proficiency in Python and deep understanding of frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for model deployment.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
