Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models to solve complex business problems.
- Optimize AI core components for performance, reliability, and low-latency production environments.
- Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data pipelines for model training and inference.
- Perform extensive research and experimentation to identify new AI trends and integration opportunities.
- Monitor and fine-tune AI services to ensure high accuracy and real-world efficiency.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members on best practices in AI engineering.
- Document technical designs and contribute to the internal knowledge base of AI architecture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in developing AI/ML solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn).
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI models is highly desirable.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
