Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions using Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities using computer vision and NLP techniques
- Implement data preprocessing pipelines and optimize machine learning models for production environments
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and propose innovative solutions to complex business problems
- Monitor model performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and continuously improve AI system accuracy
- Document technical specifications, model architectures, and deployment processes
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices in AI development and ethical AI implementation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments
- Proficiency in Python, scikit-learn, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data structures, and algorithm optimization
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for AI systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
