Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define product requirements and technical specifications for AI Agent features.
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable AI agent architectures using Python and modern machine learning frameworks.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI models into production environments to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to improve model accuracy, reduce latency, and enhance user experience.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI research and apply cutting-edge techniques to improve existing systems.
- Work with cross-functional teams including backend engineers and data scientists to ensure seamless deployment.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the technical vision of the AI product team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience in building, fine-tuning, or deploying LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, BERT) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with software development best practices, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
