Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI solutions tailored to retail needs.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems.
- Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights that drive business strategy and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for model training, validation, and production deployment.
- Research and prototype new algorithms to improve personalization, inventory management, and customer service.
- Monitor model performance in real-world scenarios and implement necessary optimizations to ensure accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and computer vision to apply them to our business challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, or SQL databases).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
