JBA Indonesia is seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer (AI Product Engineer) to join our growing team. As Indonesia's largest automotive auction company, we are at the forefront of digital transformation. We are looking for a visionary engineer who can build AI that powers real operations, taking projects from initial research on arXiv to full-scale production deployment.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application. You will have the opportunity to own projects end-to-end, working closely with product managers and data scientists to deliver intelligent solutions that drive business value. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning solutions that directly impact business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI.
- Optimize existing models for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness in production environments.
- Implement and maintain MLOps pipelines to ensure smooth model lifecycle management.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras).
- Proven experience in deploying ML models to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of algorithms and data structures.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
