Are you an experienced Project Management professional fluent in Mandarin? OMOWAY is seeking a dedicated Project Management Officer (PMO) to lead and coordinate complex projects across various departments. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our strategic initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
As a Mandarin Speaker PMO, you will act as a bridge between our internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration. You will leverage your language skills to manage cross-functional projects, monitor progress rigorously, and support the effective implementation of company-wide strategies. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can drive results through effective coordination and communication.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate cross-divisional projects, ensuring alignment with company strategic goals and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to keep initiatives on track.
- Support the end-to-end implementation of company projects, from planning to delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, particularly leveraging Mandarin language skills for negotiation and clarity.
- Manage project documentation, including reports, status updates, and meeting minutes.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues early to prevent delays.
- Collaborate with department heads to define project scopes, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking) and strong proficiency in English.
- Proven experience as a Project Management Officer (PMO), Project Coordinator, or Project Manager.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
