This contract position offers a competitive salary range of Rp 13,000,000 – Rp 17,000,000 per month, reflecting your expertise and the critical nature of this role. Embrace the challenge and make a significant impact with Abishar Technologies Indonesia.
Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) efficiently and effectively.
- Coach and mentor development teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices, fostering self-organization and cross-functionality.
- Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted development flow.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure a clear and well-refined product backlog, maximizing value delivery.
- Work with stakeholders and leadership to promote Agile adoption and ensure alignment across the organization, particularly within the banking domain.
- Track and report team progress and metrics, identifying areas for continuous improvement and implementing actionable strategies.
- Champion a culture of transparency, collaboration, and relentless improvement within the teams and across the organization.
- Manage dependencies with other teams and external vendors, especially those pertinent to banking regulations and systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably within the banking, financial services, or FinTech industry.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Agile principles and various frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to impediment resolution.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities in the banking sector.
