We are looking for a dynamic and bilingual Solutions Engineer to join our team and drive the adoption of AI and information technology products in the Southeast Asian EdTech market. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the technical bridge between our innovative software solutions and our clients, specializing in the end-to-end delivery of value.
You will be responsible for localizing AI products to fit the specific needs of the Indonesian market, conducting comprehensive requirement analysis, designing impactful Proof of Concepts (POC), and delivering seamless training sessions. This is a unique opportunity for a bilingual professional to own projects from inception to execution while fostering cross-cultural communication in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end pre-sales lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution architecture design, and final delivery.
- Develop and present compelling Proof of Concepts (POC) and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Localize AI and information software products to ensure cultural and technical alignment with the Indonesian market.
- Conduct technical training and workshops for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines and ensure successful delivery within budget and scope.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate client feedback into actionable improvements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for cross-cultural communication and project ownership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 2-4 years of experience in SaaS or Enterprise software pre-sales, delivery, or consulting.
- Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Indonesian with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Strong project ownership mindset with a proven track record of achieving 0-to-1 breakthroughs.
- Experience in the EdTech or information technology sector is a strong plus.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and presentation skills.
