- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for AI transformation initiatives
- Provide advisory services to partner teams on change planning and implementation
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and adoption readiness evaluations
- Design training programs and communication campaigns for AI technology rollouts
- Monitor change effectiveness and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with AI product teams to ensure human-centric design principles
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align business objectives with adoption plans
- Measure KPIs for AI adoption success and ROI of change initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in change management with 3+ years in AI/digital transformation
- Proven expertise in ADKAR or Kotter's 8-Step change methodologies
- Strong analytical skills for assessing business impact and operational feasibility
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP)
- Experience with AI/ML technologies and their business applications
- Track record of leading successful tech adoption programs in large enterprises
