We are seeking a visionary VP/Head of Digital HR & Workplace Technology to join our corporate technology team. In this pivotal leadership role, you will spearhead the strategic direction of our Human Resources and workplace platforms, driving innovation and efficiency as we undergo a significant relocation and organizational evolution.

You will be responsible for bridging the gap between People Operations and IT, ensuring that our digital ecosystem supports a world-class employee experience. This role requires a seasoned executive who can navigate complex stakeholder dynamics while implementing cutting-edge HR technologies to streamline operations.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Define and execute the digital HR strategy aligned with business objectives and relocation plans.
  • Lead the end-to-end selection, implementation, and optimization of HRIS, HCM, and payroll platforms.
  • Oversee the digital workplace transformation, including collaboration tools, intranets, and employee engagement platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to integrate HR technology stacks with broader corporate systems.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making through People Analytics to improve workforce planning and talent management.
  • Manage the migration and adaptation of HR digital assets during the organizational relocation.
  • Establish governance frameworks for digital HR tools to ensure security, compliance, and user adoption.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in HR Technology, People Operations, or Digital Transformation, with at least 5 years in a Senior Leadership (VP/Director) role.
  • Proven track record of implementing and scaling complex HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar).
  • Deep understanding of digital workplace trends, HR analytics, and automation tools.
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading large-scale organizational change and technology rollouts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing C-level executives and HR business partners.
  • Experience working in a multinational or rapidly growing corporate environment in Indonesia.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate technical requirements into business value.
