We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Analytics & AI Engineer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning models and analytical solutions that power our business intelligence and product strategy.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to solve real-world business problems.
- Design and implement data pipelines and data architecture to support scalable analytics.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights and trends that inform product development.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI models into production applications.
- Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously iterate on model accuracy and efficiency.
- Present complex data findings and technical recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear manner.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Big Data technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with popular ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile team environment.
