Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to executive staff and expat leadership.
- Manage and maintain Audio-Visual (AV) systems for boardrooms and executive meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues requiring high-level resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that align with business goals.
- Oversee IT asset management and ensure equipment is up-to-date and functioning correctly.
- Assist in the migration and setup of new hardware/software for international staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT Support or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with AV equipment (projectors, video conferencing systems, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical executives.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
