Mango Media is a dynamic and innovative company committed to leveraging technology to drive business success. We are currently looking for an AI Workflow Engineer (DIFY) on a contract basis to join our growing team in Tangerang, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing intelligent workflows using Dify and LLMs to automate key business processes. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects that directly impact our operational efficiency and scalability.
As part of our technology team, you will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts to identify automation opportunities and implement cutting-edge solutions. You will leverage your expertise in Dify to develop sophisticated workflow automation, integrate various LLMs, and ensure seamless data flow across systems. Your work will enable faster decision-making, reduce manual effort, and unlock new capabilities for the business.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement AI workflows using Dify and integrate with various LLMs to automate business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain documentation for AI workflows, including design, configuration, and best practices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot workflow execution, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and workflow automation technologies.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Dify and building AI workflows.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in business automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Experience with API integration and data pipeline design.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
