Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university (GPA 3.0+ preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, finance, or customer service
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Proven leadership through extracurricular activities or internships
- Certifications in insurance or financial planning (advantageous)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms
