Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily airfreight import and export operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Liaise effectively with air carriers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to secure capacity and negotiate rates.
- Ensure strict compliance with local customs regulations, documentation standards, and international shipping laws.
- Monitor operational KPIs, including on-time performance, cost control, and cargo handling efficiency.
- Lead, train, and develop a team of logistics coordinators and operations staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Identify and resolve logistical bottlenecks or disruptions in the supply chain to minimize delays.
- Prepare and review shipping schedules, bills of lading, and customs declarations with accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in air freight operations, logistics management, or supply chain.
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong working knowledge of air cargo regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures in Singapore.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
