As an Airlines Business Development Trainee, you will be part of this exciting journey, contributing to our growth and innovation.
As a Trainee, you will support the Business Development team in driving key initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to compile and analyze performance reports, track operational metrics, and ensure timely delivery of business intelligence to stakeholders. You will also assist in preparing presentations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to strategic projects. This role reports to the Business Development Manager and works closely with the Partnerships team.
Your day-to-day activities will involve:
- Collecting and consolidating data from various sources to prepare monthly performance reports.
- Assisting in the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying trends.
- Supporting the team in partner meetings and follow-ups.
- Coordinating with internal departments to gather information and resolve issues.
- Maintaining databases and ensuring data accuracy.
- Contributing to special projects as assigned.

- Assist in compiling and analyzing performance reports for airline partners.

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Aviation, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in the travel and airline industry.
- Prior internship or work experience in business development or data analysis is a plus.
