Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee planning and execution of airport infrastructure development phases
- Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and environmental standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Implement quality control protocols for construction and technical specifications
- Manage project documentation including permits, reports, and compliance certificates
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments throughout development lifecycle
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management for project phases
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in airport or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in construction methodologies and safety compliance standards
- Strong analytical skills for technical problem-solving and decision-making
- Experience with project management tools and stakeholder coordination
- Relevant certifications (PMP, PE, or similar) highly advantageous
- Knowledge of local building codes and international aviation regulations
