Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Review and analyze tenders, contracts, and subcontract agreements
- Manage project costs, including preparation of interim payment certificates
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare and maintain records of all financial transactions related to the project
- Advise clients on contractual claims, disputes, and variations
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and contractual requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office applications
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional certification such as RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) is a plus
