Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies and plans that align with the company’s overall business objectives in the Singapore region.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including employer branding, recruitment planning, and talent pipeline development.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and performance management processes to ensure competitiveness and equity.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Singapore.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement training and development programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on organizational development and change management initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience working in multinational corporations (MNCs) or the technology sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore labor laws and employment practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR plans.
