Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate personnel databases including contract worker information
- Verify attendance data consistency and resolve discrepancies
- Update employee records in HRIS systems with real-time precision
- Support recruitment processes through data preparation and documentation
- Generate HR reports for management decision-making
- Ensure compliance with labor laws in record-keeping practices
- Collaborate with payroll department for data synchronization
- Implement data security protocols for sensitive HR information
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in HR Management, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR data management
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
- Strong attention to detail with data verification skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and PivotTable expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Indonesian
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
