Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end compensation and benefits administration including salary structures, bonuses, and incentive programs
- Manage payroll processing cycle ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with labor regulations
- Conduct comprehensive HR cost analysis and variance reporting for budget forecasting
- Ensure strict adherence to payroll tax compliance and statutory reporting requirements
- Develop and maintain HR financial controls and documentation for audit purposes
- Collaborate with finance and HR teams to align compensation strategies with business objectives
- Lead process improvements in payroll systems and HR financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in C&B, payroll, and tax compliance with supervisory exposure
- Advanced proficiency in payroll systems and HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle HR)
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS, and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and trends
- Certification in HR, Payroll, or Tax (e.g., CHRP, CPP) is highly desirable
- Excellent attention to detail with proven accuracy in financial reporting
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
