Bintangdelapan Group is currently seeking a highly motivated and strategic HRGA Manager to oversee our Human Capital and General Affairs functions. In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving organizational growth, fostering a positive people culture, and ensuring operational excellence across all HR and GA pillars.
As our HRGA Manager, you will be responsible for balancing the complexities of human resource management with the efficient administration of general affairs. You will champion employee engagement initiatives, manage talent acquisition strategies, and ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with Bintangdelapan Group’s overall business goals.
- Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle, from workforce planning to onboarding high-potential candidates.
- Oversee General Affairs (GA) functions to ensure seamless daily office operations, facility management, and asset security.
- Manage employee relations, labor law compliance, and internal conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Direct performance management, training, and professional development programs to foster a high-performance culture.
- Monitor and improve administrative workflows, procurement, and vendor management related to GA.
- Implement effective Compensation & Benefit strategies, including payroll oversight and performance-based incentive schemes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and complex administrative environments.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and BPJS regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and modern workplace management technologies.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and operational efficiency.
