Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver direct patient care and treatment interventions aligned with evidence-based protocols
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients with diverse health conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care strategies
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care practices
- Participate in continuous professional development to maintain clinical competence
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Allied Health (e.g., Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Social Work or related field)
- 3–5+ years of relevant clinical experience in direct patient care
- Valid professional license to practice in the Philippines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interactions
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Proficiency in clinical documentation systems and healthcare technologies
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice
