As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of the allied health department, managing a diverse team of professionals. We offer a highly competitive remuneration package including a base salary of $8,500 – $9,000 per year, attractive bonuses, and an AWS (Additional Wage Supplement). Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Allied Health department to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic goals, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives.
- Mentor, coach, and supervise a team of Allied Health Professionals to foster professional growth.
- Ensure strict compliance with local healthcare regulations, safety standards, and accreditation requirements.
- Collaborate with other medical departments to optimize patient care pathways and interdisciplinary teamwork.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, staff training sessions, and professional development programs.
- Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and financial forecasting to maximize efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Allied Health, Nursing, or a related medical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a senior management or leadership role within the healthcare sector.
- Valid Allied Health Professional registration/license (where applicable).
- Strong understanding of healthcare management systems, quality assurance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record in team building, conflict resolution, and operational improvement.
