Join the iconic Coach team in Kuala Lumpur as an Allocation Analyst for South East Asia (SEA). In this pivotal role, you will be the engine behind our retail and outlet inventory strategy, ensuring that the right products reach the right stores at the right time. You will play a critical role in managing product newness, replenishment cycles, and optimizing stock levels across our diverse SEA markets to drive sales performance and enhance the premium customer experience synonymous with the Coach brand.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive allocation strategies for product newness and seasonal launches across SEA retail and outlet channels.
- Monitor and manage stock replenishment daily, ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet sales targets while minimizing overstock.
- Analyze store-level performance metrics and inventory turn rates to adjust allocation logic and maximize sell-through.
- Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Planning, and Store Operations teams to align stock distribution with regional promotional activities.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and health checks, identifying potential stock imbalances and implementing corrective action plans.
- Create and maintain accurate reporting dashboards to track KPIs, providing visibility on inventory availability and shipment status.
- Assist in managing order fulfillment processes and resolving logistical discrepancies in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail planning, inventory allocation, or supply chain analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced modeling); knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is a plus.
- Deep understanding of retail math, inventory KPIs (sell-through, weeks of supply, inventory turn), and replenishment logic.
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams across multiple regions.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
