- Oversee stock allocation and replenishment processes across all retail channels and product categories
- Analyze sales trends and inventory performance data to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop and implement allocation strategies to balance stock levels between stores
- Coordinate with merchandising teams to align inventory plans with promotional calendars
- Lead and mentor allocation team members to achieve departmental KPIs
- Monitor inventory turnover rates and stockouts to minimize financial loss
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of critical SKUs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail inventory management or allocation
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and analytical tools
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Advanced knowledge of retail inventory principles and stock optimization techniques
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in multi-channel retail environments preferred
