VA Masters is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Seller Central Virtual Assistant to join our growing e-commerce team. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for managing our Amazon seller account operations, optimizing product listings, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction across our retail operations.
As a key member of our team, you will handle order management, inventory monitoring, and product research activities. You will work closely with our operations team to implement strategies that enhance our marketplace presence and drive sales performance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain Amazon Seller Central account operations including inventory management and order processing
- Optimize product listings with keyword research, SEO strategies, and compelling product descriptions to improve visibility
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability
- Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback through Amazon's messaging platform professionally
- Conduct product research to identify market trends, competitor analysis, and profitable product opportunities
- Process orders accurately and manage fulfillment operations to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and account metrics
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Amazon Seller Central VA or similar e-commerce role with hands-on seller account management
- Strong proficiency in Amazon Seller Central dashboard, Seller App, and related marketplace tools
- Excellent understanding of Amazon marketplace policies, seller guidelines, and best practices
- Skilled in product listing optimization including keywords, titles, bullets, and descriptions
- Strong analytical abilities for sales data interpretation and market research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Reliable internet connection and availability during designated work hours
