Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations on Amazon Vendor Central, including purchase order processing, catalog maintenance, and shipping notices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and minimize overstock scenarios.
- Analyze weekly retail performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve sales velocity.
- Coordinate with internal logistics teams and 3PL providers to ensure timely fulfillment and compliance with Amazon’s routing requirements.
- Proactively manage and dispute vendor chargebacks and compliance issues to protect profit margins.
- Optimize product detail pages (A+ content, SEO keywords, and imagery) to drive higher conversion rates.
- Maintain seamless communication with Amazon Vendor Support to resolve technical or operational account issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience specifically managing an Amazon Vendor Central account.
- Strong understanding of retail supply chain operations, fulfillment, and logistics best practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data analysis).
- Demonstrated experience in dispute resolution and vendor compliance/chargeback management.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational hurdles.
