Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile accounts payable statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor master data and payment schedules.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely reporting.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors regarding payment status and queries.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and relevant accounting standards.
- Support the AP team with ad-hoc financial reporting and data analysis tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Malaysian accounting standards (MAS) is preferred.
