Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payment requests.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly to maintain healthy vendor relationships.
- Prepare and review weekly payment runs and manage electronic fund transfers.
- Monitor and analyze AP aging reports, ensuring all outstanding invoices are cleared within agreed credit terms.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and tax regulations (e.g., SST/GST).
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline procurement-to-pay processes.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized electronic and physical filing systems for audit readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting functions.
- Proficiency in ERP software (SAP or Oracle preferred) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and maintain professional communication with vendors.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
