As an Analyst/Associate, you'll be at the forefront of high-stakes transactions across renewable energy, utilities, and critical infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end M&A advisory services including due diligence, valuation, and transaction structuring
- Develop comprehensive financial models and market analysis for infrastructure and energy assets
- Prepare pitch books, information memoranda, and client-facing transaction materials
- Support buy-side and sell-side mandates across renewable energy, utilities, and infrastructure sectors
- Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
- Assist in structuring innovative financing solutions for large-scale infrastructure projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transaction execution and regulatory compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, or infrastructure advisory
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction execution
- Deep understanding of Indonesia's infrastructure and energy regulatory landscape
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex market data
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Experience with renewable energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors highly desirable
