Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence for infrastructure and energy M&A transactions
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify investment opportunities across Indonesia and Southeast Asia
- Prepare transaction documents including information memoranda, pitch books, and execution summaries
- Support client engagement through financial analysis, scenario planning, and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on deal execution, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor industry trends, policy developments, and market dynamics affecting infrastructure and energy sectors
- Assist in developing innovative financing structures for large-scale infrastructure projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Business with strong academic record
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting (preferably in infrastructure/energy)
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Excel modeling
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of Indonesian regulatory environment and infrastructure sector dynamics
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with multiple priorities
