PMFTC is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will act as a bridge between complex data sets and business strategy, ensuring that stakeholders have the clear, visualized information they need to succeed.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize complex data sets effectively.
- Utilize DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to create sophisticated calculations, measures, and dynamic metrics.
- Perform data modeling, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions.
- Automate routine reporting processes to reduce manual effort and provide real-time data visibility.
- Present data-driven insights, trends, and recommendations to management and executive leadership.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging BI technologies to enhance reporting capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (Desktop, Service) and advanced DAX knowledge.
- Familiarity with SQL for data extraction, querying, and database management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment is highly preferred.
