As we expand our footprint across the Asia-Pacific region, we are seeking a highly analytical and driven Analyst, Finance Distributor Markets to join our dynamic finance team in Petaling Jaya.
In this role, you will be the financial backbone for our distributor markets, providing critical insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will collaborate closely with regional sales and operations leadership to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis and modeling for Distributor Markets across the APAC region to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis and variance reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain sales forecasts, budgets, and long-term business plans.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Assist in the development and optimization of financial systems and reporting tools to improve data accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or business analytics within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Solid understanding of GAAP and general financial reporting principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data clearly to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
