- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and performance drivers
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership
- Support business unit heads with financial insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Participate in special projects such as M&A analysis and capital planning
- Streamline financial reporting processes to enhance efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in healthcare or large multinational corporations preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CMA, CPA, or MBA certification is advantageous
