As part of Macquarie Group's dynamic Learning & Development team, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing how we train our global workforce. You will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality interactive online learning solutions using industry-standard tools such as Articulate Storyline, incorporating gamification elements and micro-learning strategies to maximize user engagement and retention. Collaborating closely with subject matter experts, you will translate complex financial concepts into accessible, visually appealing digital content that drives performance. Your work will directly impact the professional development of thousands of employees worldwide. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop engaging e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline.
- Develop storyboards and wireframes for new course concepts.
- Create interactive quizzes, simulations, and branching scenarios.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Optimize courses for various devices and screen sizes (responsive design).
- Conduct quality assurance testing and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Maintain and update existing course content to reflect policy changes.
- Stay updated on industry trends in instructional design and e-learning technology.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia, or related field.
- Proven experience in developing e-learning courses with Articulate Storyline.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for basic web-based learning modules.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
- Excellent visual design and layout skills (Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator preferred).
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a corporate or financial services environment is a plus.
