PMFTC is a leading organization seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to join our Order & Invoice Management team. In this pivotal role, you will help drive operational excellence and strengthen process integrity across our global operations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in a dynamic environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the global order-to-cash process to ensure seamless and timely operations.
- Perform daily invoice reconciliation and resolve any discrepancies or errors with high precision.
- Analyze order and invoice data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure accurate documentation and billing.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within the company's ERP system.
- Generate and present monthly operational performance reports to management.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in order management, invoice processing, or general accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in data handling.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
