ManpowerGroup Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Reconciliation Analyst to join our finance operations team in Taguig City. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our client's general ledger, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet accounts.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts, bank statements, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Identify and investigate discrepancies between GL and bank records, resolving issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate reconciliation documentation and supporting schedules for audit purposes
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure financial data integrity
- Prepare reconciliation reports and communicate findings to management
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entry verification
- Implement process improvements to enhance reconciliation efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in reconciliation, general ledger accounting, or financial analysis
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data handling
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
