Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive business valuations using DCF, market, and income approaches
- Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis for complex transactions
- Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations for international clients
- Analyze industry trends and market data to inform valuation methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A and advisory projects
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and valuation standards (IVS, BVG)
- Support business development through proposal preparation and client meetings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2-5 years of valuation or corporate finance experience
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel (VBA a plus)
- CFA/ACCA designation or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
