Join AMMAN as an Analyst - Stocktaking & Compliance and become a vital part of our financial integrity team. This critical role ensures accurate inventory management and regulatory compliance across our operations in Sumbawa Barat. You'll conduct systematic stocktaking procedures, analyze discrepancies, and implement corrective measures to maintain financial accuracy. Your expertise will safeguard against inventory loss, optimize resource allocation, and ensure adherence to industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular physical stocktaking and inventory audits across all warehouse locations
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and investigate root causes of variances
- Implement and maintain compliance procedures for inventory management
- Prepare detailed stocktaking reports with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to resolve inventory issues
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and external regulatory requirements
- Develop process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or stocktaking
- Strong knowledge of compliance standards and audit procedures
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills for reporting and cross-departmental collaboration
