As a stay-in leadman, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily breeding operations, ensuring the health and productivity of our livestock, and providing essential guidance to our production staff.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end swine breeding process, including heat detection, artificial insemination, and pregnancy checking.
- Supervise the daily activities of production staff to ensure strict compliance with farm protocols and safety standards.
- Monitor the health and nutrition status of animals, reporting any irregularities to the Farm Veterinarian or Manager immediately.
- Maintain accurate records of breeding performance, mortality rates, and feed consumption to support farm analytics.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure sufficient stocks of supplies, medicines, and feed are available.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all production facilities and animal enclosures are upheld at all times.
- Implement and enforce company-wide biosecurity measures to protect herd health.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a commercial swine farm or livestock production environment.
- Strong understanding of swine physiology and modern breeding techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a production crew.
- Willingness to commit to a stay-in work arrangement.
- High school diploma or vocational training in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related fields.
- Physically fit and able to perform rigorous farm-related tasks in various environmental conditions.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain precise farm documentation.
