- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including vendor payments, expense reimbursements, and invoice verification
- Handle patient billing cycles, including invoice generation, payment tracking, and collection follow-ups
- Process and submit insurance claims to various providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Maintain organized financial documentation, including ledgers, statements, and audit trails
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting preparation
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve billing issues and insurance claim denials
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or medical billing
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of healthcare billing codes (ICD-10, CPT) and insurance claim procedures
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy and detail
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, vendors, and insurers
