Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including invoice verification, coding, and timely payment processing.
- Oversee the Accounts Receivable cycle, ensuring accurate billing, monitoring aging reports, and conducting collection follow-ups.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules to support the month-end closing process.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and payment inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with internal financial controls, company policies, and statutory tax requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and financial analysis.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of accounting processes and financial workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in AP/AR or general accounting functions.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Philippine taxation and accounting principles (IFRS/PFRS).
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight month-end deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a global team.
