Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accounts payable with precision
- Manage accounts receivable cycles including invoicing, collections, and aging reports
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Communicate with international vendors and clients regarding payment status
- Support audit preparation and compliance documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of AP/AR experience in BPO or international finance
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
- Knowledge of cross-border payment processing
