Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, coding, and processing
- Handle accounts receivable functions, including invoice generation, collection, and reconciliation
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendors and suppliers
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to maintain healthy cash flow
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Prepare regular reports on AP/AR status for management review
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial issues and inquiries
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with financial reporting and reconciliation processes
