Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Manage vendor communications and resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper documentation
- Monitor payment terms and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist with ad-hoc accounting tasks as required by management
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and regulations
- Experience with ERP systems is highly desirable
