We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced AP Supervisor to join our finance team in Makati City. In this key leadership role, you will serve as a finance leader, overseeing the Accounts Payable (AP), Treasury, and Fixed Asset operations. You will be responsible for ensuring strict compliance with financial regulations and leading a high-performing team to drive operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full cycle of Accounts Payable processing, including invoice verification, general ledger coding, and payment execution.
- Manage daily Treasury operations, ensuring accurate bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and FX transactions.
- Supervise the Fixed Asset register, overseeing the tracking of acquisitions, depreciation schedules, and asset disposals.
- Ensure full compliance with internal controls, company policies, and external accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals to enhance their skills and performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline financial workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of progressive experience in AP, Treasury, and Fixed Asset management.
- Proven track record of leading and managing a finance team effectively.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
